How do you engage students in argumentation? In this interactive session you will experience an instructional model illustrating how to scaffold students examination of data to observe trends and patterns, make inferences, and write tentative arguments. Participants will deepen their understanding of the Next Generation Science Standards Science and Engineering Practice: Engaging in Argument from Evidence.
